Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
  • 1 (11 1/2 oz.) can mandarin oranges
  • 1 (6 oz.) can white grapes
  • 2 c. miniature marshmallows or large ones, cut in quarters
  • 2 Tbsp. pineapple juice
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 3 egg yolks
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 c. whipping cream or substitute Cool Whip

Directions

    In small pan, combine beaten egg yolks, sugar, 2 tablespoons pineapple juice, butter and salt; stirring constantly on low heat until thickened, about 3 minutes.

    Remove from heat, let cool slightly.

    Beat cream until whipped.
