- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- 1 (11 1/2 oz.) can mandarin oranges
- 1 (6 oz.) can white grapes
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows or large ones, cut in quarters
- 2 Tbsp. pineapple juice
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 3 egg yolks
- pinch of salt
- 1 c. whipping cream or substitute Cool Whip
Directions

1In small pan, combine beaten egg yolks, sugar, 2 tablespoons pineapple juice, butter and salt; stirring constantly on low heat until thickened, about 3 minutes.

2Remove from heat, let cool slightly.

3Beat cream until whipped.
