  • 14 cup lemon zest, cut into thin strips
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 14 cup water
  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh mint, chopped or 14 teaspoon mint, dried
