Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh spinach, washed and torn into bite size pieces
- 1 lb. bacon, cooked and torn into bite size pieces
- 1 head lettuce, washed and torn into bite size pieces
- 1 medium red onion, diced
- 6 eggs, cooked and cut up
- 3/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. Miracle Whip
- 8 oz. Swiss cheese
Directions

1This is a layered salad; do not mix until serving time.

2Place prepared spinach in bottom of large bowl.

3Sprinkle with salt, pepper and 1 teaspoon of sugar.

4Add prepared bacon.

5Do not mix. Add onion and prepared lettuce.

6Add the eggs.

7Mix mayonnaise and Miracle Whip and pour over eggs.

8Cut up the Swiss cheese and place over mayonnaise mixture.

9Cover and let the salad set for 24 hours.

10Mix and stir just before serving.
