  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 4 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 c. mini-colored marshmallows
  • 2 c. fruit cocktail
  • 1 c. whipped cream

Directions

    Put eggs, vinegar and sugar in double boiler (high heat), beating constantly with hand mixer.

    As soon as thick and smooth, remove from heat.

    Add butter and cool.

    When cold, fold in marshmallows and fruit cocktail (drained) and whipped cream. Chill 24 hours.
