  • 1 loaf French bread (large)
  • 6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 3/4 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 lb. Jack cheese, shredded
  • 9 slices salami, coarsely chopped
  • 16 eggs
  • 3 1/4 c. skim milk
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine
  • 4 green onions, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. nonfat sour cream
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Butter 2 shallow 9 x 13-inch baking dishes.

    Spread bread over the bottom and drizzle with butter.

    Sprinkle with Swiss and Jack cheeses and salami.
