- 29 peppercorns
- 1 large garlic clove
- 1/3 c. prepared mustard
- 2 (2 oz. each) cans anchovy fillets with oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. salad oil
Directions

1Blend peppercorns, garlic, mustard and anchovies and their oil in blender.

2Add 1 egg and blend 1 minute, then slowly blend in 1 cup oil.

3Repeat process with remaining egg and oil.

4Serve with crisp, raw vegetables.

5Full recipe make 3 cups dip.
