  • 1 medium potato
  • 1 cup uncooked breakfast sausage
  • 1 cup cut up peppers/onions
  • 1/2 tbsp chilli powder
  • 1 salt/pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp garlic salt

Directions

    cook sausage in medium size pan, make sure you stir it to brake it apart while is cooking.

    while that's cooking wash, cut up potato and peppers/onions into tiny bite size pieces.

    after a few minutes of cooking sausage add potatos and seasonings..stir..cover and cook for about 5 minutes..or untill the potatos are to your liking.

    add peppers onions..mix well..cover remove from heat..keep cover untill ready to serve.

    I made it a breakfastbowl, added eggs and cheese on top..yum..enjoy!
