Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb.) can cut green beans
- 1 (1 lb.) can cut wax beans
- 1 (1 lb.) can dark red beans (kidney)
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Drain all of the beans. Combine. Add green pepper and onion. Combine sugar, vinegar and salad oil. Bring to a boil.

2Add salt and pepper.

3Pour over vegetables and toss.

4Chill 12 to 24 hours. Toss 2 or 3 times.

5Drain before serving.

6Serves 6 to 8.
