  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut up green beans
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut up wax beans
  • 1 (1 lb.) can red kidney beans, drained
  • 1/2 c. thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 green pepper, slivered (1 c.)
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 2/3 c. wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, split
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • salad greens

Directions

    Cook green and wax beans as package labels direct.

    Drain; let cool.

    In large salad bowl, lightly toss with kidney beans, onion and green pepper.

    In jar shake oil, vinegar, Worcestershire, sugar, garlic, salt and pepper until well mixed.

    Discard garlic. Pour dressing over beans; mix to coat well.

    Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.

    Serve on salad greens.
