- 3 c. Pioneer baking mix
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2Lightly grease a baking sheet.

3Blend biscuit mix and milk; stir well.

4Turn onto surface sprinkled with baking mix and form a ball.

5Knead 3 or 4 times.

6Roll or pat to 1/2-inch thickness.

7Cut with sharp 2-inch cutter without twisting and place close together on baking sheet.

8Let rise a few minutes. Then with 3 fingers, pat biscuits down.

9Bake 11 to 13 minutes. Brush tops with melted butter or margarine before baking or after. Yields 18 biscuits.
