Ingredients
- 3 lb. stew meat or cut up round steak, in bite size pieces
- 2 cans cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 1 (29 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 large onion, cut up
- 1 lb. fresh carrots, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
- cubed potatoes (as many as desired)
- 1 box frozen peas and/or green beans
Directions

1Place prepared meat and vegetables in a large roasting pan with a tight fitting lid.

2Stir to coat with the celery soup and tomato sauce; no other seasoning is required.

3Place lid on and bake in oven at 325° for 3 hours.

4No need to peek until the last 20 minutes or so to add the frozen peas or beans.

5Everything goes into the pan raw, including the meat!

6Makes 8 to 10 servings.
