- 1 serving Cooked rice
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Japanese leek, finely chopped
- 2 tsp Weipa
- 1 Sesame oil
- 1 Salt, pepper, black pepper
Directions

1Beat the egg well.

2Add the Weipa to the egg.

3(It's okay if it's in a clump.)

4Heat a frying pan and add the olive oil.

5Pour in the egg.

6On high heat, use chopsticks to stir around the egg while breaking apart the Weipa.

7Once the egg is half cooked, add the rice.

8Cook the rice while breaking it apart.

9Once it becomes crumbly, add the leek.

10Taste and season with salt and pepper (not listed) to finish.

11Top with black pepper for an adult flavor that goes well with beer.

12I used assorted grain rice for the main photo.

13The color isn't very nice, but the taste is not affected.
