- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 medium onions
- 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
- 6 bay leaves
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 1/2 qt. water
- 1 large can kidney beans
- 1 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Brown meat and onions.

2Drain off grease.

3To meat mixture, add all other ingredients and simmer at least 4 hours.

4The longer it cooks, the better the flavor.

5Serve over cooked spaghetti noodles.

6Top with raw chopped onions and lots of grated Cheddar cheese.
