- Enough water to cover onions and celery
- 2 medium red potatoes, diced into 1/4 inch pieces
- 2 cans corn, one cream style, one whole
- 1 24 oz. can cut tomatoes

1In a micro- safe bowl, cover onions and celery with water and cook high for 5 minutes.

2Combine all the ingredients into a saucepan and cook on med-low until potatoes are tender, 25 minutes.
