- 1 lb tilapia fillet
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 -3 teaspoons olive oil
- 12 teaspoon basil
- 2 teaspoons cajun seasoning
- 1 12 teaspoons dried onion flakes
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon parsley flakes
- lemon pepper (to taste)
Directions

1In a large sauce pan, over medium heat, saute together everything except the fish.

2Add the fish, and adjust the heat to medium-high.

3The fish will cook quickly.

4Brown each side cooking approximently 3-4 minutes per side.

5(adjust temperature if needed).

6Be careful not to over-cook the fish.
