- 2 1/4 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. yeast
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 6 to 7 c. flour
Directions

1Mix first 4 ingredients; let rest for 15 minutes.

2Add eggs and salt; mix well.

3After this is mixed, add the flour, until manageable, then you make into rolls.

4After you make into rolls, let them set for 10 minutes, then put into oven at 350° to 375° and bake until brown.

5Makes about 2 1/2 to 3 dozen rolls.
