- 8 medium sized potatoes
- 1 medium sized onion (diced)
- 12 lb bacon
- 12 lb mushroom (sliced)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 12 cup butter
- 14 cup milk
- 12 cup sour cream
Directions

1Peel and cut potatoes and boil until tender.

2Cut up bacon into bite sized bits and fry in skillet.

3Remove bacon & set aside when it is slightly crisp.

4Saute onions in bacon fat until translucent.

5Remove & set aside.

6Saute mushrooms until slightly golden.

7Remove & set aside.

8When potatoes are tender, drain and mash.

9Add butter, milk and sour cream to mash in with potatoes.

10Add in all sauted ingredients and the cheese.

11Stir into mashed potatoes then transfer to a casserole dish.

12Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

13Throw away any diet plans and serve.
