  • 1 tablespoon grated orange rind
  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped of fresh mint
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper (to taste)

Directions
