- 3 potatoes, cut up
- 2 onions, cut up
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. instant tapioca
Directions

1Combine beef and vegetables in a casserole.
