  • 2 lb. stew meat
  • 3 medium onions
  • 6 carrots
  • 1 stalk celery, cut up
  • 4 or 5 potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. tomato juice

Directions

    Place meat on the bottom of dish, then add vegetables.

    Mix tapioca, water and sugar; pour over top.

    Pour tomato juice over all.

    Bake in oven at 250° for 4 hours.
