- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. chopped pecans
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 16 oz. Cool Whip
- 3 c. milk
- 3 small pkg. butterscotch or chocolate instant pudding mix
Directions

1Mix margarine, flour and 1 1/2 cups pecans together.

2Press in bottom of a 2-quart baking dish.

3Bake at 375° for 7 to 10 minutes. Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar and 3/4 of Cool Whip.

4Spread over cooled crust.

5Mix the milk and pudding mix together.

6Spread over the cream cheese layer.

7Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts.
