- 1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 small boxes instant pudding (I use butterscotch)
- 2 1/2 c. cold milk
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
Directions

1Blend the flour, butter, pecans and brown sugar.

2Press into pan (13 x 9-inch) and bake for 20 minutes at 325°.

3Cool.
