  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 small boxes instant pudding (I use butterscotch)
  • 2 1/2 c. cold milk
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. finely chopped pecans

Directions

    Blend the flour, butter, pecans and brown sugar.

    Press into pan (13 x 9-inch) and bake for 20 minutes at 325°.

    Cool.
