  • 1 qt. vinegar
  • 2 large sliced onions
  • 1 1/2 oz. salt
  • fish
  • 1 qt. cold water
  • 1 1/2 oz. pickling spices
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar

    Put ingredients in one gallon jar.

    Add enough fish (raw and cut up) to fill jar.

    Let sit 48 hours.
