- celery
- red onions
- cottage cheese
- Hellmann's mayo

2potatoes until fork-tender, peel and cube.

3Dice celery.

4Dice red onions.

5In a large container you can cover, layer

6in the following manner:

7potatoes, enough diced celery to cover

9enough diced red onions to cover, enough cottage cheese

10to cover. Spread mayo, making sure you cover entire salad

11at least 1/2-inch.

12Cover and leave alone for 24 hours. Stir

13and leave another 8 to 10 hours.

14Stir again and serve. Great for parties as can be fixed ahead of time.

15Will keep up to 10 days.
