  • 8 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
  • 3 carrots, cut up
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 5 potatoes, diced
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 c. Minute tapioca
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper to taste
