  • 2 lb. beef cubes, do not brown and cut in fork size pieces
  • 1 can peas and carrots (including liquid)
  • 2 cans tomato soup (1 can water to dilute)
  • 6 to 8 potatoes, cut in halves
  • 1 medium onion, cut coarsely

Directions

    Place all of the ingredients in a Dutch oven or roaster.

    Bake at 250°, covered, for 5 hours.
