Ingredients

  • 2 lb. stew meat, cut up small
  • 1 whole onion, diced
  • 4 ribs celery, chopped
  • 1 lb. carrots, sliced
  • 1 can green beans, plus liquid
  • 1 can mushrooms, plus liquid
  • 1 small can peas, plus liquid
  • 4 potatoes, sliced
  • 1 can tomato soup

Directions

    Line bottom of Dutch oven with seasoned meat.

    In large bowl mix all ingredients.

    Using soup can fill 1/2 full of water plus 4 tablespoons corn starch.

    Add to mixture and season.

    Pour over meat in dutch oven.

    Cook at 275 degrees for 5 hours.

    Make sure the Dutch oven has a tight fitting lid.

    Do not open the oven until the 5 hours are up.
