- 2 lb. stew meat, cut up small
- 1 whole onion, diced
- 4 ribs celery, chopped
- 1 lb. carrots, sliced
- 1 can green beans, plus liquid
- 1 can mushrooms, plus liquid
- 1 small can peas, plus liquid
- 4 potatoes, sliced
- 1 can tomato soup
Directions

1Line bottom of Dutch oven with seasoned meat.

2In large bowl mix all ingredients.

3Using soup can fill 1/2 full of water plus 4 tablespoons corn starch.

4Add to mixture and season.

5Pour over meat in dutch oven.

6Cook at 275 degrees for 5 hours.

7Make sure the Dutch oven has a tight fitting lid.

8Do not open the oven until the 5 hours are up.

9Serves 6 people.
