- 1/2 c. flour
- Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese, in chunks
- boiling water
- oil for frying
- 1 or 2 cans Ro-Tel or salsa picante sauce
Directions

1Add flour to corn meal in a large bowl.

2Add boiling water to dry ingredients (enough to form a stiff dough).

3Shape dough around small chunks of cheese.

4Shape like a biscuit.

5Drop in hot grease; cook until firm or lightly brown.

6Cool slightly. Slit open and add sauce.
