- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped carrots
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 family size can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 3 potatoes, cubed
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
Directions

1In a crock-pot or Dutch oven, place meat and veggies. Combine water and bouillon cube. Add to the pot along with remaining ingredients. Mix gently. Cook on low; Dutch oven, 5 hours or crock-pot, 8 hours.
