  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 4 potatoes, quartered
  • 1 bunch carrots, quartered
  • 1 c. celery, sliced
  • 2 large can tomatoes, undrained (1 pt.)
  • garlic to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
