- 2 lb. stew meat
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. sliced carrots
- 3 to 4 potatoes, cut in pieces
- 2 onions
- 1 pt. tomatoes
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 pkg. brown gravy mix
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. tapioca
- 1 c. peas
Directions

1Mix all together except peas.

2Add the peas 15 minutes before serving.

3Bake in a covered casserole for 5 hours at 250°.

4If it looks too dry, add a little water.
