- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 -2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 whole garlic cloves, peeled
- 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon montreal seasoning
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Directions

1Heat oil in large non-stick skillet.

2Smash garlic cloves to release scent but do not chop. Add garlic, red pepper, and shrimp to oil.

3Cook, stirring to mix, until shrimp begins to turn pink (about 2-3 minutes).

4Add zest, lemon juice, and parsley. Toss to mix. Remove garlic from pan and discard.

5Remove from heat and serve!
