- 1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 c. flour
- 5 tsp. soda
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 1 c. salad oil
Directions

1Combine Raisin Bran, sugar and flour with soda and salt in a large bowl.

2Add mixture of eggs, buttermilk and oil.

3Mix well. Refrigerate in a covered container for weeks if you wish.

4Use batter when you want muffins in a hurry.

5Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.

6Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
