  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 c. avocado, diced
  • 2/3 c. yogurt
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. wheat germ

    Scrub potatoes thoroughly. Pat dry. Rub potatoes lightly with oil.
