Ingredients
- 4 3/4 to 5 1/2 c. flour
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 pkg. (4 1/2 tsp.) RapidRise yeast
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. water
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter
- 1 egg
Directions

1In a large bowl, mix 3 cups flour, sugar, undissolved yeast and salt.

2Heat milk, water and margarine until warm (120° to 130°).

3Mix into dry ingredients.

4Add egg and enough flour to make a soft dough.

5Knead on floured surface until smooth, about 8 minutes.

6Cover; let rest for 10 minutes.

7Divide dough in half. Roll each half to fit two greased 8 or 9-inch square pans.

8Place in pans.

9With sharp knife, cut dough in each pan into 16 rolls; cover.

10Let rise in warm place until double, about 20 minutes. Dust tops with 1 tablespoon flour.

11Bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until done.
