- 3 Tbsp. dry yeast
- 2 Tbsp. shortening
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. warm milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 c. flour
Directions

1In large mixing bowl, add yeast, shortening and sugar to milk; stir well.

2Add egg, salt and flour and mix well.

3Let rise 15 minutes.

4Work down with a spoon and let rise another 15 minutes. Shape into dough rolls and place in a greased pan or muffin tins. Let rise 15 minutes.

5Bake in 400° oven for 15 minutes or until done.
