Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 2 pkg. or cakes yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- salt if desired
- all-purpose flour (enough to make a soft dough but not sticky)
Directions

1Put butter, honey and milk in a large saucepan and heat until butter is melted.

2Cool.

3Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to milk mixture.

4Add flour a cup at a time and mix well.

5Cover and let rise 15 minutes.

6Punch down and pat out on floured board to 1/4-inch thickness.

7Cut with biscuit cutter.

8Add a pat of butter and fold over.
-
9Put in greased cookie sheet or pan.

10Cover and let rise 15 minutes.
-
11Bake in 400° oven for 20 minutes.
