- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 Tbsp. shortening
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 c. flour
Directions

1Add yeast, shortening and sugar to milk.

2Stir well.

3Add egg, salt and flour.

4Let rise 15 minutes.

5Work down.

6Let rise 15 minutes.

7Shape into rolls.

8Place on greased pan.

9Let rise 15 minutes.

10Bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until done.
