  • 3 c. self-rising flour
  • 1/4 c. lukewarm water
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 pkg. yeast

    Scald milk.

    Cool to lukewarm.

    Add flour. Beat until smooth.

    Cover and let rise 30 minutes. Stir batter down and fill muffin tins 2/3 full.

    Let rise 15 minutes. Bake at 400° until golden brown.
