- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. lukewarm water
- 1/4 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 4 c. flour
Directions

1Mix together yeast and warm water and set aside.

2Combine remaining ingredients except flour and heat to lukewarm.

3Combine yeast and milk mixture.

4Add to flour.

5Mix well; let stand in warm place for 15 minutes.

6Turn onto floured area; knead lightly (about 1 minute).

7Cut and shape dough into desired size shape and place onto lightly greased sheet.

8Let rise 15 to 20 minutes.

9Bake at 375° to 400° for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
