Ingredients
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. lukewarm water
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 c. flour
- 8 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water.

2Place sugar, milk, salt and butter in pan.

3Heat until lukewarm.

4Cool.

5Add yeast and flour.

6Put in warm place for 15 minutes or until you see risen twice its size. Turn out on floured board.

7Roll 3/4-inch thickness.

8Cut with cutter and place on cookie sheet.

9Turn in 1/2.

10Butter 1/2.
-
11Let rise again 15 minutes (or double in size).

12Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
