Ingredients

  • 1 can bean dip
  • 1 bottle chunky salsa
  • 2 medium chopped tomatoes
  • 1 small bunch green onions
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 small can chopped olives (1/4 c.)
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (Monterey Jack and Cheddar)

Directions

    Mix avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

    Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.

    Layer all these ingredients in order given in a casserole dish and chill a couple of hours before serving so it will be fresh.

    Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos.
