- 1 box pineapple cake mix
- 1 box pineapple or vanilla instant pudding mix
- 3/4 c. cooking oil
- 1 (10 oz.) can 7-Up
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 can coconut
- 1 heaping Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 medium can crushed pineapple
Directions

1Mix together the cake mix, pudding mix, cooking oil and 7-Up. Add eggs, one at a time. Bake in a greased and floured tube pan or 3 round cake pans at 350° for about 25 minutes.

2Mix together sugar, coconut, flour, water and pineapple and cook in double boiler until icing turns white looking and kind of thick.

3Then pour over cake.
