7-Up Cake

Directions

   Preheat oven to 325°.

   Beat butter and sugar together for 10 minutes with an electric mixer.

   Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.

   Add flour and lemon extract and mix to blend. Fold in 7-Up.

   Pour into heavily greased Bundt pan and bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours.

   Cool in the pan.
