- 3 sticks butter
- 3 cups (700 ml) sugar
- 5 eggs
- 3 cups (700 ml) flour
- 2 Tbsp (30 ml). lemon extract
- 3/4 cup (175 ml) 7-UP
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar together for 20 minutes.

2Add the eggs, one at a time; add the flour and the lemon extract; mix well.

3Fold in the 7-Up.

4Pour into well-greased 12-cup bundt pan.

5Bake at 325 degrees (175 C.) for 1 to 1 1/4 hrs.
