  • 3 sticks butter
  • 3 cups (700 ml) sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 cups (700 ml) flour
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml). lemon extract
  • 3/4 cup (175 ml) 7-UP

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar together for 20 minutes.

    Add the eggs, one at a time; add the flour and the lemon extract; mix well.

    Fold in the 7-Up.

    Pour into well-greased 12-cup bundt pan.

    Bake at 325 degrees (175 C.) for 1 to 1 1/4 hrs.
