  • 7 oz. 7-Up
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tsp. lemon oil or extract

    Add eggs, one at a time; beat well.

    Add 7-Up and flour alternately, beginning and ending with flour.

    Add lemon oil or extract.

    Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325°.
