  • 1 box Lemon cake mix
  • 1 box Pineapple instant pudding mix
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3/4 c. Oil
  • 1 x 10 oz. can 7-Up

Directions

    Combine the cake and pudding mixes, then add the eggs, oil and 7-Up. Bake at 350°f. 180°c. gas mark 4 for 30 minutes.

    Makes a 3 layer cake.
