Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg. lemon gelatin
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 2 c. 7-Up
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. (heaping) flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 pkg. dessert topping or 1 large carton Cool Whip
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

    Add cold water and 7-Up. Chill until slightly thick.

    Add bananas, pineapple and marshmallows.

    Chill until firm in a large pan.
