  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 Tbsp. onion soup mix
  • 1 egg
  • 7 oz. 7-Up
  • 3/4 c. catsup

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix together beef, water, bread crumbs, salt, soup mix and egg.

    Roll into meatballs and brown.
  3. 3
    Bring 7-Up and catsup to a boil.

    Drop browned meatballs into 7-Up-catsup mixture.

    Cook slowly for 1 hour.

    Delicious and great for potlucks and picnics.
