- 3 sticks butter
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 3 c. Swans Down cake flour
- 3/4 c. 7-Up
- 1 tsp. lemon flavor
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1In large bowl cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix well after each egg.

2Add flour, 7-Up, flavor and juice.

3Mix until flour is blended in, then blend until smooth about 3 minutes at high speed.

4Pour batter into Bundt cake pan.

5Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 1 hour 10 minutes. Remove from oven.

6Cool 10 minutes in pan and remove to cake plate.
